There are two ways to order, item by item and/or pre-set packages
After you place your order we will contact you via email to clarify rental information, arrival date and time, and send you a completed invoice with the payment instructions.
You can contact us anytime you think of something else you want added to the order.
After the order is confirmed, we arrange with the vacation rental company to stock your vacation rental before you arrive.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO ORDER?
As much notice as possible is optimal. You can always start an order and add to it as your vacation nears. However final orders must be made 7 days prior to delivery date.
We will always try to accommodate any last min orders but are not guaranteed!
HOW ARE THE GROCERIES PRICED AND WHAT IS THE DELIVERY FEE?
We take the average price we found at the grocery stores and add in the 11.5% tax and 20% delivery fee. Orders under 200.00 will be charged an additional 25.00.
WHAT IF I DON'T KNOW THE VILLA ADDRESS?
When checking out there is a notes box. The most important information we need is your arrival date and time, rental name, and how to contact your rental. We will contact your rental manager and get directions from them.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I AM LOOKING FOR SOMETHING I CANNOT FIND ON THE WEBSITE?
Easy, send us an email and we will do our best to accommodate any special requests.
